Keeping your pool deck clean and sanitized has many benefits. Keeping your pool deck clean can reduce the possibility of a slip and fall. It provides a clean environment to sunbath and entertain guests. And a clean pool deck can increase the value of your home especially if your are going to put your home on the market.

HOW WE CLEAN YOUR POOL DECK

The surface of your pool deck will determine the process that is used. If your pool deck is a painted surface as is the case in the first picture on the left we will use a gentile process to clean and the same would apply to any tile that is on the pool deck. If your pool deck is bare concrete then a more aggressive process is required as can be seen in the second picture. This was a homeowner that was getting ready to sell and they needed the pool deck cleaned. A more aggressive process was need and the third picture shows the end results. The deck was not completely dry when this picture was taken but it ended up being a bright white deck, you can see the areas that were starting to brighten up on the right side. Using a more aggressive process will require that your pool is serviced after the cleaning of the pool deck. Advanced Exterior Maintenance can handle that for if required.
